To request a refund, please email our customer service team at online@radiantelectricalsupplies.com.au within 48 hours, or as soon as practicable after receiving the goods, and reference your order number. Refunds are available for the following reasons:
We may request photos and/or videos of the item’s condition to support the return process.
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return for store credit only. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and in resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). All items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. Any price difference must be paid before the new item(s) can be shipped. If the exchange item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery fees and times vary depending on the size and weight of your order, the quantity and type of products in your cart, the shipping origin, and the destination. The delivery cost for each order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before payment and order confirmation, and will be included in the total price of your order.
Any changes made by you to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of a ground-floor location. If fulfilling your order results in unusually high freight costs, we reserve the right to contact you to request additional delivery fees or to cancel your order before dispatch. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund.
Each product listing includes an estimated dispatch timeframe. Typically, items on our website are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. However, some products, like those made to order, may have longer dispatch times. Occasionally, delivery may exceed the usual timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control. We work diligently to process orders promptly and will inform you when your item has been dispatched or if any delays are expected.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. By default, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt, though you may choose to have your order left at your door through Australia Post or the carrier. If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, an alternative collection option will be provided at your nominated address (e.g., pick-up from your local post office).
