Delivery Fees

Delivery fees and times vary depending on the size and weight of your order, the quantity and type of products in your cart, the shipping origin, and the destination. The delivery cost for each order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before payment and order confirmation, and will be included in the total price of your order.

Any changes made by you to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of a ground-floor location. If fulfilling your order results in unusually high freight costs, we reserve the right to contact you to request additional delivery fees or to cancel your order before dispatch. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery Time

Each product listing includes an estimated dispatch timeframe. Typically, items on our website are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. However, some products, like those made to order, may have longer dispatch times. Occasionally, delivery may exceed the usual timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control. We work diligently to process orders promptly and will inform you when your item has been dispatched or if any delays are expected.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. By default, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt, though you may choose to have your order left at your door through Australia Post or the carrier. If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, an alternative collection option will be provided at your nominated address (e.g., pick-up from your local post office).

We strongly advise against authorizing unattended deliveries, as we cannot be responsible for any lost items.

Please be aware that any delivery dates provided are estimates from the carrier, and we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed and payment processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this email confirms receipt of your order request but does not guarantee product availability. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which is accepted when we dispatch your product(s) and send you a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order at any time, for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect images or product descriptions, or errors in your order. If your order is canceled, we will notify you by email and you will have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit.

Small Items

Items weighing up to 5 kg can be shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Medium and Bulky Items

Medium and bulky items that cannot be shipped via Australia Post will be delivered through our partnered carriers. You will receive a tracking email once the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse.

In cases where freight charges are unusually high due to remote delivery locations, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you wish to confirm whether your address is subject to high freight charges, please contact us before placing your order.
