Refund policy

At Radiant Electrical Supplies, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please refer below sections for our Return and refund policy.

Refunds

To request a refund, please email our customer service team at online@radiantelectricalsupplies.com.au within 48 hours, or as soon as practicable after receiving the goods, and reference your order number. Refunds are available for the following reasons:

  • Dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Faulty goods

We may request photos and/or videos of the item’s condition to support the return process. 

Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return for store credit only. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and in resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Photos and/or videos of the item’s condition may be requested to support the return process. Please use our Refund/Exchange portal to process a change-of-mind return for store credit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). All items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. Any price difference must be paid before the new item(s) can be shipped. If the exchange item costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Photos and/or videos of the item’s condition may be requested to support the exchange process. Please use our Refund/Exchange portal to start the exchange process.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, please attach photos to help us process your claim. Faulty goods can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. A return postage label will be provided for the return of the item for assessment.

If the product is found not to be faulty, no refund or replacement will be provided, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving the item.

Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the product description for specific warranty information.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, or as soon as practicable, to allow us to review and process your claim promptly. Damaged goods are defined as those damaged in transit or due to a manufacturing defect. If the goods are deemed damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement product or provide a refund at our discretion. Please include photos to assist with your claim.
