SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Goods purchased from our Site will be delivered via standard post. Due to COVID-19, standard delivery may take 7–12 business days.

Delivery will occur as soon as practicable, depending on the method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or public holidays.

You will be responsible for any delivery charges in addition to the purchase price of the goods. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

REFUNDS

To request a refund, please email us within 48 hours or as soon as practicable upon receiving the goods and reference your order number. Refunds are available for the following reasons:

  • Dead on arrival (DOA)
  • Faulty goods

RETURNS

For claims of defective goods, please attach photos to assist us in processing your return. Faulty goods may be eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. A return postage label will be provided for you to return the item for assessment.

If the product is found to be in working condition, no refund or replacement will be provided, and the customer will be responsible for retrieving the item.

Manufacturer warranties typically last 12 months unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please refer to the product description for specific warranty information.
